We took a vote and narrowed it down to two picks. Then we did a secret ballot vote. The only vote that wasn't secret was E-boy's. That's b/c he can't spell yet. Lol. I wrote his on a ballot once he told me his choice. We did a Survivor kind of thing where I showed one vote at a time. It was unanimous but for one vote. Sweet Pea had a different #1 vote than the rest of us but was content with it once I told her she could name her grade her favorite name. Even Bugs cheered our new name!

Hidden Treasures Christian Academy!!!!!!!

Here is our verse:

Colossians 2:2-3

"My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge."

We also agreed that we liked how this name represented the hidden treasures of knowledge that awaits us in our books & studies. And the hidden treasures that are in our children as they grow up to be what God has planned for them to be. You know, discovering, developing & encouraging the gifts they have been blessed with.
