My New, (O.K. not so new), Quest

Want to lose weight? Weighing I certainly do. Trying to eat healthier? Salad Yep, me too. Want to get more exercise into your week? Ballerina Yeah, some exercise would be good for me. In my quest I've found a helpful website. I love the daily logs. Hope it helps someone else out there too!
