Road Trip - First Full Day

Here are some snapshots from our 2nd day on the road. It was our first full day on the road & our 2nd day of our journey. On this leg of the journey we were traveling from Scranton to Johnstown.

Poor Casey absolutely hated the carrier.

Dave let her out in hopes that he could put the harness on her & take her for a walk outside.
He got it halfway on before she rebelled, hissed & tried to bite him. Back in the carrier she went!

Tucker on the other hand did cooperate for Sweet Pea.

The boys explore on our break.

Snuggle Time with Mama

Tinkerbelle didn't want to go out opting to stay with her kittens.

Tucker was hilarious on the leash & harness.

Sweet Pea tried to lead Tucker around but Tucker had a mind of her own & would only go where she wanted. (Can you say, C-A-T?) At one point Dave decided he would show Sweet Pea how it was done. He told her, "She'll learn. She'll learn." He demonstrated as he continually dragged her along. It was absolutely hilarious! I was laughing so hard I was doubled over with my stomach aching! He kept insisting she would follow his lead but Tucker obviously hadn't been clued in b/c she was flat on her back being dragged along as she looked up at Sweet Pea. He eyes were a mix of confusion & pleading for help. She wasn't being hurt because she was on a harness rather than a leash but she sure was confused. Oh, my gosh it was the funniest thing seeing this 6ft. 2" man dragging along this little cat insisting she would eventually spring up and walk alongside him.
