Today's Accomplishments

After taking a break for a Family Fun Day on Sunday it was back to work. Dave cleaned out the van and it now shines. Boy did it need it too! We had several maintenance repairs completed on it lately and it feels good to know it is in great order all around. I did some more painting. In fact, it added up to over 4 hours. I finished the stairs, railing and trim in the stairwell and then went to work finishing up the stairs outside the house. Last I started on the back porch ceiling. Dave painted the upstairs bathroom walls & will do the ceiling tonight. He also hauled some furniture and boxes over to our storage unit. We are hoping we can get the house officially on the market very soon. Right now we are waiting on one of the realtors to get his paperwork turned into the relocation people.

He got out all the trash & extra stuff, vacuumed & dusted too!

I did the other side of the bottom railing (far left). The computer desk was in the way before but I scooted that puppy out of there & got to work.

It might not look very different from the last pic but I finished the railings & put the first coat on the trim around the door.

These spots were here when we moved in. There is nothing wrong. It only needs some sprucing up.
