Please pray for the state of New Hampshire today! They are trying to pass a new Bill that would severely hurt homeschoolers and parents rights. In my opinion the worst & most dangerous part of this Bill is where the assessment of whether a parent(s) have the right to homeschool (or a child has a right to be homeschooled) is left entirely up to the superintendent/principal. How scary is that? There are really no set guidelines it basically boils down to their opinion and assessment of a portfolio & standardized test. THANK YOU for sharing this request. It gives me chills when I think of the lines and lines of protesting homeschool families who turned out for the hearings yesterday. What a privilege it was to be among them and to sign against this Bill that would jeopardize our freedom to teach and nurture our children at home.
PS Can you believe that this Bill would affect 4000 homeschooled children in NH?!
