The Perfect One

Today was a big day for us. We picked out our Christmas tree! For one reason or another the past few years we haven't been able to go out & cut down our own tree so we were thrilled to be able to reinstate this family tradition. We sang carols the whole way there which put us in a great Christmas mood. We found a local place that sold trees for $25 no matter what the size! It was fun looking around & running through the trees deciding which was the perfect one for us. When we saw our tree we all instantly agreed that this was the perfect tree! We will be decorating it tonight as soon as I get downstairs. Yay!

After the tree was tied down we had some hot cocoa compliments of the tree farm. What a nice touch! It really hit the spot too as it was very windy & cold. We then loaded up & sang carols all the way home.
