Fun Changes
I'm trying to change our schedule a bit now that Princess has been born & I'm on the mend. One thing is to add more structured activity to Bugsy's day. He enjoys cooking & projects so I asked Sweet Pea to do a project with him. We got down the book, "The Little Hands Art Book" and they chose a project together. They decided to make salt dough and then put Bugsy's handprint in it. They would need to bake it so it could be a keepsake.
Putting the ingredients in the bowl.
Recipes
While they worked in the kitchen Elvis worked on his math. He is very eager to finish up his last first grade math book!
Mixing the dough......
Placing his hand print in the dough
The dough was too gooey so Sweet Pea added more flour & they started over.

Wow! You're an amazing mama to implement these fun changes already. I'm sure that it's sooo good for Bugs! I'll have to take notes on your ideas for my 3 year old. :) He definitely needs some creative outlets for his boundless energy...
