How did th Open House go? My SIL had another one this week too (3rd or 4th) and lowered her price a total of $20000, the market seems slow right now. YUK!!!! I pray something changes for you quickly!!!
Thanks! I am thankful that he recovered so quickly. The missing teeth haven't slowed him down in eating that's for certain! Lol!
Our Open House was pretty much the same as the past ones. People say they love it but we haven't heard anything since. We have another showing tonight. We've now lowered the price a total of $12,000. We had it priced $13,000 under what was the median price so we had it on the low side from the beginning. So, I guess that's $25,000 total? Plus we've invested $$ into improvements. It's very discouraging. I'm praying we'll have enough for a down payment on a new house.....if we ever sell that is. Tell your SIL I sympathize with her. The market here is rotten. Our Realtors said it's the worst they've seen - even worse than the 80's. Everyone is looking but no one is buying. Thanks for your prayers & encouragement. They mean a lot!
