Visit to the Museum
A few weeks ago during one of our Open Houses I took the kids to the local museum. It was a fun way to spend the time away from home. Plus they have A/C!
Digging for Dinosaur Bones
Posing with Dinosaurs from Daddy
Silly Boy
Listening to Bird Calls
Bugs started talking to Daddy. Precious!
As you can see Bugs really liked Tom the Turkey
The Museum Has a New Wing. It is full of innovation & imagination activities & history lessons.
Crane History
Using Their Imaginations
This light show was neat.
It asked them to follow the squiggles and lines. The kids were dancing & moving like crazy.
More activities. These involved problem solving.

Bugs "Reads" Aloud
(I love it when they are at this age and read a story. It's cute to hear their interpretation.)

Invention Table
The table was stocked with various materials and the kids were allowed to let their imaginations soar.
Boo Bears Invention is on the right. Sweet Pea's is on the left.
(I had to use this photo for S.P.'s as the others I had showed her real name.)

Look!
Bugs found a treasure. Don't worry I made sure it went back to it's home.
